Aisha DaCosta CEO iWholesale REOs

Meet our Chief Executive Officer.

Aisha D. DaCosta is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, mentor, coach, philanthropist and Iraqi War veteran. She was born in Kingston, Jamaica and moved to Queens, New York in 1981. Shortly after graduating high school, she enlisted in the US Air Force and served four and half years before being accepted into the Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC) program at the University of Nebraska.

Aisha served over eight years active duty in the Air Force before joining the Air Force Reserves in 2006. Aisha is currently a Captain in the Reserves and resides in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Real Estate Investor. Aisha has been investing in real estate since 2006. She is currently helping to expand a network of real estate professionals across the United States and internationally. As a real estate consultant she helps to train people in real estate investing, foreclosure preventation, and facilitates private funding for commercial properties in the United States. Visit her at

The Entrepreneur. In February 2012, Aisha spear-headed a Mastermind Group called Baltimore Freedom Cipher for real estate investors, entrepreneurs and those eager to craft their path to freedom. The purpose of the cipher is to provide financial education, challenge the status quo and foster a nurturing cohort of professionals that provide support and mentorship for fellow entrepreneurs.

The Philanthropist. In May 2011, she started a non-profit organization called I am O’Kah!, Inc in honor of her sister Kahdine who passed away from breast cancer at age 26 in 2004. I am O’Kah!, Inc serves under privileged youths in Baltimore. They offer career preparatory programming and a competitive scholarship for eligible high school seniors. Visit them at
