Calm your mind, care for your body and nurture your spirit through mindful movement, focused breath and authentic worship. Each class includes physical postures to increase flexibility, strength and balance while also taking time to pray, meditate on scripture and enjoy worship music. Our classes are a safe space to be yourself, enjoy community and deepen your adoration of Jesus. No prior yoga or fitness experience needed. Everyone is welcome!
