ACK Gioia

Elisabeth is a native Italian who grew up outside of Naples. Over 30 years ago she met her husband, David, a native Cape Codder and they moved to the small island of Nantucket. Elisabeth always missed having fresh mozzarella and decided to try her hand at making it herself and thus ACK Gioia was born. Elisabeth's daughter, Alex, shares the same passion and love for cheese making. Alex lives full time in Brewster and is the other half to the mother/daughter, woman owned business. Along with running their retail shop in Brewster, the mother/daughter team also wholesales to various restaurants on Nantucket as well as the Cape.
