Brett Harpel is the owner of Accelerate Accountability Coaching.  We help entrepreneurs create a competitive edge by building teams which understand how to business. As a sales leader Brett worked in national corporations for more than 20 years, he now helps sales teams build trust and engage in effective conflict resolution which strengthens commitment and accountability—ultimately driving results. His specialties are executive coaching, sales growth, and team building.

Brett helped Johnson Controls increase its regional market share by three times over three years. As a customer center manager for Ingersoll Rand responsible for western Ohio and northern Kentucky markets, he was recognized for leading his team to become the number-one ranked Ingersoll Rand customer center in North America. 

 As North American sales director responsible for $60 million in sales at Standex-Meder Electronics in Cincinnati, his changes in the sales team increased new business opportunities by two times in one year.  Harpel’s efforts were recognized and the team was awarded the Standex International Chairman’s Award for Customer Growth in 2016.
