Aura Holistic Wellness Studio is a modern wellness studio focused on nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and whole-body balance. (formerly Sound and Soul Society)

We offer sound therapy experiences designed to support deep relaxation, mental clarity, and nervous system reset, along with bioenergetic whole-body health scans that help identify areas of stress or imbalance in the body. Our work also includes resonant frequency therapy, cellular reset sessions, parasites and heavy metals detox programs, ionic foot cleanse sessions that support the body’s natural detox processes, and guided breathwork journeys for emotional and physical reset.

All of our offerings are designed to be practical, beginner-friendly, and accessible — no prior wellness experience required. At Aura, we focus on creating calm, supportive environments where people can slow down, reset their systems, and reconnect with their health in a grounded, modern way.

Our sessions are especially helpful for busy professionals and anyone feeling overstimulated, burned out, or disconnected from their body who is looking for a clear, supportive reset that fits into real life. We serve the Arlington, Grand Prairie, HEB, Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas area(throughout North Texas). As well as, we offer remote sessions and services.
