Join us for a heart-centered Community Reiki Gathering Circle in Rockaway, guided by Reiki practitioners Dana Humphrey and Elsie Maio. This welcoming circle is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and experience the calming, restorative energy of Reiki in a supportive group setting.

Together, we will create a safe and nurturing space for relaxation, grounding, and collective healing. The gathering may include gentle intention-setting, brief guided meditation, shared Reiki energy, and time for reflection. No prior experience with Reiki is necessary—this circle is open to all who are curious, open, and seeking a moment of peace and connection.
