I’m Charlie Sebastian Short, a certified sound healing practitioner based in Portland, Oregon. My offerings are created with clear intention, blending harmonic melodies, gentle cadences, and intuitive flow. I play crystal singing bowls and other acoustic instruments in the same key, so the sounds harmonize with very little dissonance. By layering instruments, I create acoustic beat frequencies that deepen the sense of relaxation, while steady percussive rhythms encourage coherence in mind and body.

Before each session, I often guide simple meditation or relaxation techniques to help you arrive fully. My passion is helping people and building community through calming, restorative experiences that support balance and nervous system regulation. As a queer, BIPOC, practitioner, I’m passionate about building safe, inclusive, and restorative spaces that invite you to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with calm presence.
