The CCACC is a group of juried artists and craftspeople who organize two show/sales per year at the Beaufort Historic Site over Memorial Day and Labor Day. The Coalition started in 1978 and began the shows in 1981, always at the Historic Site. They make an effort to have a variety of artists and craftspeople each show. Though the group started with Carteret County residents as Coalition members it has changed to include anyone who is juried in and the group welcomes applicants.
