Getting Started
- To view your events and access your guest list, log in to Easy Entry with your Eventbrite account email address and your Eventbrite password. (Note: you will need to be on a wireless or cellular network in order to use Easy Entry.)
- After logging in, you are presented with a list of all your events available for check in. (Note: only events that are in progress or still on sale will appear on the list.)
- Select your event and then select "Check In Attendees".
- The guest list for your event will be displayed alphabetically.
- To check in attendees, just click on the attendee name.
- If the attendee has purchased multiple tickets, a screen will appear asking you to select which attendees to check in. If the attendee's entire party is present choose to "Check in All Attendees." If the attendee has less than the full party present, just select attendees to match the number present.
- As you check in guests, your iPhone/iPod will update the Eventbrite server to indicate the attendee's presence and the time they arrived. Later, you can view this data in the Eventbrite Attendance Charts.
Checking In Attendees

- To check in attendees just click on the attendee's name.
- If the attendee purchase multiple tickets a screen will appear asking you to select which attendees to check in. The the Attendee's entire party is present choose to "Check in All Attendees". If the attendee has less than the full party present, just select attendees to match the number present.
- As you check in guests, your iPhone/iPod will update the Eventbrite server to indicate the attendee's presence and the time they arrived. Later, you can view this data in the Eventbrite Attendance Charts.
- To reverse the check in of an attendee, simply select the checked in attendee's name and confirm the change in the dialog presented.
Using Easy Entry with Multiple Entry Points
- If you have multiple doors to your event, you can use Easy Entry on multiple iPhones/iPods to ensure entry is reported across doors.
- Each device should be connected to the same Eventbrite account by logging in with the same username and password on each.
- When checking in attendees, the devices will sync with the Eventbrite servers and collect status updates for all check-ins. To optimize battery life the devices update every 10 minutes. If you would like to have the devices update more frequently you can use the Sync button on the top right of the Check In list screen.
Troubleshooting
Q: I am getting an error message on the sign in screen.A: Please be sure you are using a valid Eventbrite Account. You can sign up for Eventbrite at www.eventbrite.com.
Q: My attendee report on Eventbrite doesn't show any attendees as checked in.
A: Exit and restart Easy Entry. Your guest list status will be uploaded to our servers when you select the option to Check In Attendees.
