Download an Orders report

Export your order data to download a record of the orders placed to your event(s), including transaction details. To get started, go to Reporting in your event and select Event reports. Then choose Orders. If you want to download report data for multiple events, go to Reporting  in your Eventbrite account instead.

Download an Orders report for one event

1. Go to your event dashboard.

Log in  to your Eventbrite account and go to Events . Then select your event.

2. Go to "Reporting" in your event.

3. Choose “Orders” (under “Event reports”).

4. Review and export your order data.

Select the File type and choose how you want to export your report. You can export your report as a:

  • CSV or .csv file

  • Excel or .xls file

Once you select the file type, the report will be available to download in the ‘Exports’ tab.

NOTE: Some orders might display “Info requested” instead of an attendee’s name and email address. This means the ticket buyer did not provide that attendee’s information at checkout. Eventbrite sends reminder emails to ticket buyers to collect this information prior to your event, but you can also email the ticket buyer to request this information yourself.

Download an Orders report for multiple events

1. Go to “Reporting” in your Eventbrite account.

Log in  to your Eventbrite account. Then select Reporting.

2. Select “Orders.”

3. Select which events to include in your report.

Choose your events and select Run report.

4. Optional: Filter your orders.

You can filter by:

  • Order date

  • Currency (if orders were placed in multiple currencies)

  • Include guests

5. Export your order data.

Select the File type and choose how you want to export your report. You can export your report as a:

  • CSV or .csv file (recommended for reports with more than 1 million records)

  • Excel or .xls file

Once you select the file type, the report will be available to download in the Exports tab.
