Change your ticket to a different event or ticket type
If your ticket is eligible, you can change to a different event or ticket type. Go to the Tickets in your Eventbrite account, choose your order, and select Change ticket. Then choose Change event or date to change to a different event hosted by the organizer, or Change ticket type to change to a different ticket (or seat) within the same event.

3. Select your order.
4. Select "Change ticket."
5. Choose your new ticket.
6. Review your ticket changes and select "Continue."
7. Enter your registration information.
8. Select "Place Order."
1. Confirm your ticket is eligible to change.
Ticket changes are not available for every event. You can't change your ticket if:
The organizer does not allow ticket changes.
The ticket you want is not available.
The event has started.
Your ticket was free.
If you don't see the option to change your ticket, contact the event organizer to ask about alternative options.
2. Go to "Tickets."
Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then select Tickets.
3. Select your order.
4. Select "Change ticket."
If your ticket is eligible for changes, select Change ticket to check your options. You can only change one ticket at a time.
Change event: Transfer to a different event managed by the same organizer.
Change ticket type: Transfer to a different ticket in the same event.
5. Choose your new ticket.
Select the ticket you want to change to. If you're changing to a new event or event date, you'll select the event before choosing a new ticket. Then, select Continue,
6. Review your ticket changes and select "Continue."
The change should reflect your new event or ticket.
7. Enter your registration information.
You might need to enter billing information for the price difference and/or ticketing fees. Changing to a lower-priced ticket will not issue a refund automatically.
