Download or delete your personal data
Download or delete your data at any time by visiting our Privacy Center and selecting Take control of my data. Choose Download my data to request a downloadable report of your data, or Delete my data to permanently delete your data from Eventbrite.

Go to the Eventbrite Privacy Center .
Select Take control of my data.
Select Download my data.
Enter your account email and select Send email.
Check your email for a message from the Privacy Center. Check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it.
Open the email and select Log in to validate your email.
Select Confirm request.
Eventbrite will email you a confirmation to confirm receipt of your request. Once your data report is ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to download it. You can also review it in the Privacy Center by selecting the notification next to your account menu when the download is ready. This report will be available to you for 14 days.
Delete your data
Deleting your data is permanent and can’t be undone. If you want a copy of your personal data before deleting it, download it first. Then:
Go to the Eventbrite Privacy Center .
Select Submit a request in our privacy center.
Select Take Control of My Data.
Select Delete my data.
