Can non students attend?

This event is only for University of Leicester students

As this is a fitness class you need to wear suitable clothing. Workout clothing preferably including leggings, loose fitting t-shirt etc. Trainers must be worn! Jeans and unsuitable shoes (such as flip flops and heels) will not be allowed. Please bring your own bottle of water for the class.

Can I take part if I'm late?

If you miss the warm up, due to health and safety reasons you will not be able take part. Make sure you arrive in plenty of time before the start time.
