About this event
Every Tuesday at 6:30pm, come join us for a total workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and boosted energy!
*We encourage all event attendees to prioritize the health and safety of themselves and our Midtown community.
Masks and social distancing are optional. We will continue to follow the guidelines and recommendations from the City of Houston, including encouraging all Houstonians to get vaccinated/boosters and to wear masks as desired.
