About this event

[Zoom] Oceans of Art: A Mini-Series

Join us for this 3-week mini-series over Zoom exploring the art and artists of the OCEANS Exhibition. Each week, several artists will join us, and we will write to the themes inspired by the art.

“When you create a difference in someone’s life, you not only impact their life, you impact everyone influenced by them throughout their entire lifetime. No act is ever too small. One by one, this is how to make an ocean rise.”—Unknown

Catch a glimpse of the beautiful work in the OCEANS Exhibition at Women Writing (for) a Change Jacksonville and enjoy the intimacy of writing directly to the art as you see it on the screen. Gain a deeper appreciation for both the art and artist. Join us for a final private tour of the exhibit if you’re local.

This mini-series will be facilitated by faculty member Karen Allen.

Note: Open to anyone who identifies as a woman.
