By donation. Its OK to take thirty minutes, relax and develop a peaceful heart. It's actually essential if we want a happy meaningful life.

About this event

Take a few minutes out of your busy life to gain some control over your mind. Join us Tuesdays from 12-12:30 to enjoy short teachings and guided meditations. These meditations are designed to produce a relaxed, clear mind and a kind heart. Return to your daily activities with some peace of mind, better able to meet the challenges of these difficult times.

This class is offered for residents of Oregon and Hawaii. Please do not attend if you live outside these states. Find a center in your area here:
