Yet millions of business users still struggle to master the nuances of online meetings in ways that reflect their professionalism, authority, and credibility. Whether you use Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, Google Meet or another video meeting solution, there is much to learn about how to succeed on the small screen.
Rosemary Ravinal, communications expert, public speaker and Zoom mastery trainer, designed the Virtual Communicators Toolbox and the ZoomScore™, based on 10 fundamentals of a professional video presence. Her interactive 50-minute mini-workshop will show you how to make virtual the next best thing to being there in person. Volunteer participants will receive a hot seat coaching session.

About Rosemary Ravinal

She has designed professional training and coaching programs for individuals and teams seeking to improve their video conferencing skills, manage better online meetings, and excel at leading on the small screen.
Rosemary was vice president of network public relations at Univision before starting her company and held similar roles at República Havas, A+E Networks, Discovery, Ericsson, and AT&T. She is president of Miami-Wynwood Toastmasters and Miami director of PechaKucha Night, the Japanese art of concise presentations practiced around the world. She is also an eSpeaker Certified Visual Presenter.
She was a contributing news analyst for MSNBC cable news network and a frequent guest on Spanish-language radio and TV shows nationwide.
