Join us in New York City for our very first two track training event! We'll be leading concurrent training sessions for beginners and more advanced Zendesk admins.


Track for Beginners

Who should attend?

This training is designed specifically for Zendesk Admins.

If you are brand new to the product or you're a seasoned Zendesk Admin that needs a refresher on the basics, you won’t want to miss this full day of deep-dive product training.

What will I learn?

The agenda includes:

  • Agent essentials: Learn who's who in Zendesk and how ticket status changes through the course of your ticketing workflow.

  • Admin workflows and advanced features: Practice defining user permissions, defining and building business rules, and configuring our analytics tools so that you get the most out of Zendesk.

  • Hands-on exercises in a test site so that you walk away having applied what we taught.

Bonus: You will receive your own copy of all the training materials..

How will the sessions be structured?

All sessions at the Zendesk Training Day are interactive. They'll include demos, hands-on exercises, and lots of Q&A. Don’t forget your laptop!


Track for Experienced Admins


Who should attend?

This training is designed specifically for advanced Zendesk Admins.

If you're a seasoned Zendesk Admin who has mastered the basics of Zendesk Support and wants to learn more or thinks you could be using Zendesk better, you won’t want to miss this full day of deep-dive product training.

What will I learn?

The agenda includes:

  • Learning when and how to create custom roles

  • Optimizing your triggers, automations and views to give both your agents and your customers the best experience possible

  • Maintain and QA your Zendesk and your processes with our analytics and various auditing tools

  • Supporting a global audience while keeping your Zendesk secure

  • Connecting with like-minded customers who share the same business problems

Note:

  • Our curriculum assumes you know the basics features of Zendesk and how they work.

  • The training will focus on the Zendesk Support product. It will not teach channels, analytics and our self-service products.
