Who should attend?
This training is designed specifically for Zendesk Admins.
If you are brand new to the product or you're a seasoned Zendesk Admin that needs a refresher on the basics, you won’t want to miss this full day of deep-dive product training.
What will I learn?
The agenda includes:
Agent essentials: Learn who's who in Zendesk and how ticket status changes through the course of your ticketing workflow.
Admin workflows and advanced features: Practice defining user permissions, defining and building business rules, and configuring our analytics tools so that you get the most out of Zendesk.
Hands-on exercises in a test site so that you walk away having applied what we taught.
Bonus: We'll share all our materials with you so that you can take them home and review them at your leisure.
How will the sessions be structured?
All sessions at the Zendesk Training Day are interactive. They'll include demos, hands-on exercises, and lots of Q&A. Don’t forget your laptop!
