Enroll now for a fun and engaging day to learn more about customer service best practices using Zendesk. The schedule includes training sessions to discover more about the power of Zendesk with other customers and support brainiacs.


9:00 am - 9:30 am: Check-in & a light orientation breakfast

9:30 am - 12:30 pm:
Class is in session

Morning session will include:

  • Reporting & Analytics: Learn which metrics are most important and ways to make the data actionable
  • Self-Service for Your Customers: Learn to choose the right forum content as well as ways to drive your customers to use the content resulting in faster resolution
  • Triggers, Views, Automations: Best practices for setting up the right business rules


12:30 pm - 2:00 pm: Lunch with the professors & fellow students

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Class is back in session

Afternoon session - focusing on organizational topics:

  • Zendesk 2013: What's New in Zendesk
  • The Face of Customer Service: Hiring & managing an effective support team
  • Zuora will share: Turning Customer Support Into Customer Partnerships
  • YouSendIt will share: Secrets Behind Delivering Customer Service 35% Faster
  • An Interview with Jawbone: Best practice sharing with the Director of Customer Experience


5:00 pm - 7:00 pm: After class ends, we invite you to stick around for some pizza 'n beer with your classmates and teachers.


Enroll now - class size will be limited! This is a free event open to anyone interested improving their support process and customer experience. Feel free to attend all or part of the day .We encourage you to bring a laptop to follow along, but it's not mandatory.
