Event description


Find the necessary space to start the week—everything that happened last week and everything that's been said — so that we can rest the mind while simultaneously resting the body in preparation for the new week.

Join us for a meditation experience that combines gentle movement and guided practice that offers a natural sleep aid. Practice will begin with a talk about sleep and best practices for improved sleep and close with the guided practice. This practice is designed to support better sleep.

Where do I go when I arrive to the hotel?

Proceed to front desk and ask reception for an elevator access key. Take elevator to the 4th floor and proceed to the outside area of LVL4 by the Magnolia Tree. It is advised to come pre-changed and ready to participate.

When can I arrive to the session?

The doors will be opened 15 min prior to session start. Seating is around the perimeter of the room. Our lobby bar opens at 4pm and we have free Wifi available in the lobby.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Shared Ride Services can drop off in front of Hotel. Parking is available in hotel garage and is an additional fee.

What can I bring into the event?

Bring or wear clothes that are loose fitting and allow for movement.
