Jon Wolske

Marketing isn’t just to your external audiences, but also to your company’s employees. How do you help create a culture that keeps employees engaged and customers coming back? Join NAMA on Thursday, March 1st for a lunch filled with networking and knowledge from Jon Wolske, Culture Evangelist for Zappos Insights, the Zappos family company dedicated to helping businesses with their cultures.

Comcast Business Class

This presentation will not only interest marketing professionals, but also HR managers as Wolske will describe how Zappos builds a culture that consistently is ranked one of the best places to work in the U.S. As part of Zappos, Wolske’s group, Zappos Insights, helps 1000 people every month to discover how a workplace can help people grow, inspire amazing service and ultimately, drive revenue.

Jon Wolske began his career with Zappos Insights by presenting to groups of visitors and leading a team of ‘Culture guides’ that host tours of the corporate offices. With a welcoming and knowledgeable attitude, he has helped the tours grow to an average of over 1200 visitors each month. Wolske currently speaks to companies with a focus on culture and customer experience and why it is an important area of focus for business today. He has presented at meetings and conferences for companies from around the world, including Samsung Electronics, Eli Lilly, the Professional Beauty Association and the BAI Retail Delivery conference.
