Belcampo Meat Co. kicks off the first dinner of its 2015 Guest Chef Dinner Series with famed New York chefs Zakary Pelaccio and Kevin Pomplun of Fish & Game (Hudson, NY). Chefs Pelaccio and Pomplun share Belcampo's passion for sustainability, with their inventive and delicious use of locally grown products and propensity for dynamic, sustainable meats. Also known for a several other NYC restaurants (Fatty Crab, Fatty 'Cue), Pelaccio and Pomplun will collaborate for two nights only this March with Belcampo SF Head Chef, Dirk Tolsma, to create a multi-course pre fixe tasting menu, along with optional wine pairing, featuring Belcampo's own organic & pastured meats. $120 per person includes 5-courses (details coming soon).
