THE DINNER
Hudson's invites you to join us on October 28 for a spectacular five-course dinner prepared by Chef Zakary Pelaccio from Hudson, NY. Known for guiding Southeast Asian cuisine into the mainstream and pioneering New York's nose-to-tail and gastropubs movements, the "Best Chef: Northeast" winner will be cooking with the bounty of farm-raised Hudson Valley ingredients including foraged, fermented and otherwise preserved items. Chef Pelaccio will also be featuring sustainably-raised, American white sturgeon caviar from Sterling Caviar in his Sunday Dinner menu.
The dinners all take place on a cruise ship restaurant, Hudson's, which sails for a 3-hour cruise departing from and returning to Pier 81 located on the West Side of Manhattan. A special beverage pairing menu will be available onboard, along with a full bar and award-winning wine and beer selection.
