 THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED.  IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED A TICKET ALREADY, WE ARE WORKING ON REFUNDING YOU. WE ARE WORKING ON A NEW 2015 Date.


Join us for lunch and conversation with Daphne Kwok, Vice President of Multicultural Markets & Engagement, Asian American & Pacific Islander Audience for AARP from AARP’s National Office as she discusses the status of Asian Pacific Islander (API) women 50+ y/o in the US.  She wants to hear from you: what’s on your mind, your challenges and what’s in your future!  She will also discuss AARP’s Life Reimagined program to help chart your next steps, whether its a career change, starting a business, enjoying life – travel, hobbies, volunteering.

TICKETS ARE LIMITED AND WILL NOT BE SOLD ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.  

Please be sure to bring your ticket with you, and check in at the Lobby of Microsoft. 

Free parking is in front of the building and on the street. You are encouraged to carpool.

Yu-Ai Kai Japanese American Community Senior Service, a nonprofit senior center located in historic Japantown San Jose, is committed to serving seniors with an array of activities, programs, and services.

We offer a well-balanced senior day care program, a nutritious lunch service, social services, and a variety of classes, activities and trips for seniors, designed around our Healthy Aging Initiative.

Serving our seniors with Friendship & Love since 1974,  Yu-Ai Kai currently serves 3,000+ seniors annuallyWhile our roots are in Japanese / Japanese American culture and tradition, the programs and services are open to any senior in our community.
