This year the Young People's Health Special Interest Group (YPHSIG) is ten years old and to celebrate we are holding a one day event at the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in London which will focus on the future for adolescent health in the UK. The event is aimed at paediatricians, researchers and all clincians working within the field of adolescent health. The speakers are all experts in their fields and we will be featuring hot topics including eating disorders, sleep, social media, long term conditions and global adolescent health. Our invited speakers are all experts in adolescent health and we will have contributions from:

  • Dr Michael Rich, Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School, USA

  • Prof JC Suris, University of Lausanne, Switzerland

  • Dr Lydia Shrier, Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School, USA

  • Dr Mike Farquhar, Evelina Children's Hospital, London, UK

  • Dr Dougal Hagreaves, University College London, UK

This event will provide high quality learning and professional development for those working in the field of adolescent health and allow you to build your network of like-minded professionals.
