Details:

This 2.5-mile out-and-back trail hike near Hampton, TN., will be led by YP's very own Danielle Hawkins. This hike starts with an easy mile or more before going down a huge man-made stair formation to the waterfall. This section would be considered intermediate so please keep that in mind with any knee injuries, etc.

Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1h 12 min to complete. This is a popular trail for camping, hiking, and running, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.

Check the trail out here on All Trails: Laurel Fork Falls via Appalachian Trail
