In the morning, we will run through a session designed around pertinent legal ages in New Zealand Law - some may be surprising! A good overview of important milestones and an awareness building session to help decision making.
A reality in this day and age of technology, there needs to be an awareness about what is defined as Cyber bullying, when it becomes a crime and what happens in regards to the law. Digital content can be shared and seen by a lot of people almost immediately, so consequences can be far reaching. Find out about some of the common pitfalls young people are facing and how to safely navigate our digital world!
The afternoon is an awesome opportunity to turn the tables and interview our lawyers and Ministry of Justice Family Court Navigators, working hard to make processes easier and understandable in the community. What questions are you wanting to find the answers to?! - today is your opportunity to put those questions forward in a safe and friendly environment!
