Event Details

High school students and members of our Youth Stewards Programs are welcome to join us for a Night Hike at McClellan Ranch Preserve!

What:  Join us for the unique opportunity to see McClellan Ranch Preserve at night!  We may encounter bats, glow-in-the dark millipedes, owls, and more!

Who: This activity is open to high school students.  A signed waiver is required for minors under 18.

When:  Saturday, December 10, 5:00pm-7:00pm. 

Where: Meet near the main parking lot at McClellan Ranch Preserve, 22221 McClellan Road in Cupertino

Parking: Please park in the dirt field accessed from McClellan Road on the other side of the creek from the main park entrance.  Please do not park in the main parking lot.

**Youth under 18 must bring a waiver form signed by a parent in order to participate.**

Please bring:

  • A flashlight (we will have a few extras if you don't have one)
  • A reusable water bottle
  • Dress for outdoor work (sturdy shoes and long pants recommended)
  • Minors under 18 must bring a waiver form signed by a parent.
