The Youth of Tomorrow Conference is for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour ) Youth in the Hamilton, Burlington, and Brantford areas. At the conference, youth can get the opportunity of attending a 1-day conference and learn about the experience of BIPOC leaders in terms of career exploration, skill development resources, and employment.
Also, after the conference, participants can get support in Mentorship and Work Experience where they will have a chance to get support and advice from the BIPOC community member regarding education and employment. Moreover, participants can receive basic employment training, and attend a job fair.
