Description

Youth Mental Health First Aid Training is a great resource for anyone who works with youth as it allows a person to learn specific skills and processes that are important when working through a mental health crisis. Training on tools and resources for recognizing, supporting and getting help for youth experiencing mental health challenges. Learn about mental health first aid and how to recognize different mental health challenges, learn how to use a 5-step model for helping a youth in crisis, and learn about what supports the youth and first aider have for getting help. (25 person capacity)
