Youth Justice Cohosrt data analysis training
This session will help you consider how to analyse the data you collect as part of the MOPAC cohort. It will be a practical, hands-on workshop, allowing you to practice Microsoft Excel functions during the session.
The session will cover a variety of methods to assess whether your programme has helped young people to achieve key outcomes.
As well as learning to peform your own analysis, you will be introduced to tools to make analysing the MASSCAP, Buss Perry and MSLSS easier. These are three of the tools included in the MOPAC toolkit.
Please bring a laptop computer with a recent version of Microsoft Excel installed (Microsoft Excel 2007 or newer). We have a limited number of spare laptop computers you can use during the session. These must be requested beforehand and will be issued on a first-come first serve basis. If needed please request this when booking.
We will be designing a case study to explore during the session. We envision that this case study will be based on the real life challenges of attendees. With this in mind, when booking to attend the session, we recommend that you list any questions or issues that you would like to explore.
