The focus of the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) training is on three core pillars: food safety, animal well-being, and character development. This training does meet the Pork Quality Assurance requirements for swine being shown at the NC State Fair. The course will be held via the online platform, Zoom, Friday, July 31 at 10:30 a.m. and should conclude before noon. Registration is $5, plus fees via credit card and includes three parts:

• Eventbrite registration (what you are doing now)
• Use the coupon code that will be sent to you on Friday, July 24 to sign-up on the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals site.
• A Zoom link will then be emailed to you which will require you to enter your name the morning of July 31 in order to enter the program
