In a time where the world is packed with uncertainty and challenges, one of the most important things we can do is to connect with each other and learn better self-care. We can’t control our circumstances. We can control how we handle them.

Starting in January 2021, I would love to go through an intentional journey exploring Mindfulness. Rather than doing it alone, who better to invite than you?

Your journey will include weekly support through simple assignments that you complete on your own as well as a 90-minute monthly Zoom community call to encourage, connect, practice, inspire, and discuss. This program requires very little commitment, you can do as much or as little as is good for you in this season.

This is a chance to explore mindfulness together through real-time conversations and soulful thoughts while benefiting together from a renewed sense of community.

All you need is an open heart, a computer, and a quiet space to engage.

What is mindfulness.

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

  • Each journey will be on the second Sunday of each month at 4pm/MST.  Starting on Sunday January 10, 2021.

Who this is for.

This program is for any woman looking to incorporate or maintain a mindfulness practice within their daily life. For those who struggle to find discipline on their own, and those who desire connection and accountability in their practice.

The investment.

3 months $297 ($350 value)

  • Three 90-minute mindfulness group sessions each month: Centering Your Body, Exploring Your Mind, Taking Care of You, and Celebrating & Appreciating the Good.
  • Simple mindfulness exercises (you may complete them daily or weekly).
  • Engagement with caring and curious like-minded participants.
  • Weekly mindfulness quotes via email and/or text.

6 months $497 ($550 value)

  • Six 90-minute mindfulness group sessions each month: Centering Your Body, Exploring Your Mind, Taking Care of You, and Celebrating & Appreciating the Good.
  • Simple mindfulness exercises (you may do them daily or weekly).
  • Engagement with caring and curious like-minded participants.
  • Weekly mindfulness quotes via email and/or text.

6 months + 2 private sessions $697 ($1050 value)

  • Six 90-minute mindfulness group sessions each month: Centering Your Body, Exploring Your Mind, Taking Care of You, and Celebrating & Appreciating the Good.
  • Two private, 60-minute coaching session with Leith, focused on mindfulness and your journey's themes.
  • Simple mindfulness exercises (you may do them daily or weekly).
  • Engagement with caring and curious like-minded participants.
  • Weekly mindfulness quotes via email and/or text.

After the first 6 months of our journey, these offers may then open up to 12 months.

*Not included but required: Plan on purchasing a guided journal book ($15 or less).

I will be leading each monthly group session via Zoom. We will combine larger group interactions with some smaller breakout groups of 3-5 caring, curious women who are eager to develop or enhance a mindfulness practice.

I’ve led this type of program with hundreds of entrepreneurs, 20-somethings, empty nesters, yoga instructors, creatives, stay-at-home moms... humans like you and me. Word on the street is that they experience more connectedness, hope, and joy in their work, life, and relationships. I think you will too.
