This Mindful Photography workshop encourages an exploration of self through the glorious Gower landscape.
At this workshop I will share techniques and practices that support the development of a connection to your current experience whilst exploring the Gower coastline as the sun goes down. Our practice will centre upon how we can be aware of our feelings and how we can represent these in a photograph.
The activities will all take place around Broughton Bay and the workshop is timed to take advantage of the low tide and sunset. Of course this is Wales and we may not be blessed with dry weather, so do come prepared with clothing appropriate for the forecast! The event photograph above was taken at this location in September 2 years ago.
The course is suitable for people of all photographic abilities with an interest in mindfulness and a curiosity about how this can be developed through photography. All you will need is a digital camera, an empty memory card and a fully charged battery.
