Join psychiatric nurse practitioner, registered dietitian, and certified practitioner of functional medicine Ashley Mannell to learn about evidence-based methods you can use to help improve your mental health outside of medications-- methods that focus on improving your nutrition, healing your gut, balancing hormones, and decreasing your body's overall inflammation.
