Presented by Chris Bovard / Hosted by TEKsystems
Throw a rock in any direction and you’ll hit stacks of books on how to become an expert in every aspect of user experience and design. But little has been written about the UX Leader. As our discipline grows in numbers and in expertise, who is rising up to help manage it all? More and more companies have figured out the value of UX, so it’s likely time for someone in your organization to stand and lead.
In this presentation, we’ll explore the aspects of UX Leadership. We’ll talk about what makes a great UX Leader and what techniques they use on a daily basis to grow and inspire teams that make amazing products.
No matter what your title, background or department, organizations need UX leadership. Are you ready to step up and lead?
