Dr. Edwards' education and clinical experience with endurance athletes has made her a national resource on runners in the physical therapy world. Fresh off her presentation "No Runner Left Behind" at the American Physical Therapy Association convention, she will be providing the supplemental exercises you need to stay injury-free, get the most out of your training, and race efficiently.

A USA Track and Field Level 2 Endurance Coach, Carl's methods have been featured in Runner's World, Competitor, Men's Fitness and many other publications. He will be presenting on the key components of a successful marathon training program, how to incorporate them into your training plan, and how to make the most out of your limited time to train.
-- Dr. Josh Glass, CCSP
A mainstay on the USA Track & Field medical staff, Dr. Glass served as a team chiropractor for the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games. Using that elite experience, he will be discussing the role of recovery in training, the methods elite athletes use to maximize recovery, and how to modify it to fit your needs.

During her time as a sport psychology consultant, Abby has focused on teaching athletes mental strategies and skills to improve performance. Her talk will be centered on improving mental toughness in training and racing, and the role of visualization in achieving your racing goals.
