ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

In this program, you will learn to identify, process, and express your emotions in healthy ways. We work on feelings of sadness, worry/fear, stress, anger/frustration, and much more. Healthy coping skills are emphasized, and each participant creates an emotional wellness toolbox. Participants leave feeling emotionally stronger and empowered to be proactive in their mental and emotional wellness.

The program is taught by a master’s level clinician who is a certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with extensive training in trauma, grief, and anxiety. She is also a Certified Master LifeCoach and the creator of the Stress R.E.L.I.E.F. Method.

Location: Sessions are held online via a video conference platform (link will be provided).

Schedule: Mondays from 8 to 9:30 PM Eastern Time (except on May 1st)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 31ST!

Fee: $180 total for all 6 sessions
