NOTE: You MUST register here to attend.

A six class (6 week) series about living healthy to reduce the risk of obesity and chronic disease. Learn the skills needed to make healthy eating and regular physical activity a part of your everyday lifestyle. Participants receive stretch bands for home use.

MSU Extension & Brightmoor Artisans Collective are offering this series FREE to eligible participants.

Who: Ages 11-18 years old. Please complete a form for each child participating.

Brightmoor Artisans Collective (BAC) is a 501c3 nonprofit serving the community of Brightmoor and the greater metro Detroit area. We envision an equitable, sustainable and local economy based on healthy, locally grown and crafted goods. Our B'moor Connected programs create space where community members can safely and creatively work and learn together to process, market and consume affordable and healthy food using a holistic, wellness-based approach.
