The top 3 Young Soloist finalists will compete for the State Young Soloist title and a chance to compete at the international Young Soloist competition. Finalists are Andrew Braach, Braden Owens, and Caleb Wilson.

Other performances will include the 2023 Fan Favorite, the Borderless Dance Community and the Borderless Guitar Choir.

Special Guest: Drew Basham, 2022 Young Soloist winner.
