Cascade Consulting Group is proud to present the second annual Young Professionals of Color Conference in partnership with the dynamic non-profit organization, BL²END, Business Leaders Linked to Encourage New Directions whose mission directly aligns with the purpose and intent of this conference. This year, Gordon Food Service will host the conference at their new Home Office on Wednesday, July 24 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Convening on the theme "Defining Your Success", 100 young professionals of color from the West Michigan area are invited to learn what it takes to be successful in their organizations and in the Grand Rapids Community. This year’s conference will focus on balancing purpose with passion to establish a personal mission statement and help define success on each participants' own terms.
The conference will jump-start with a keynote address from Jullien "The Innerviewer" Gordon, a high performance coach and consultant for organizations, individuals, and teams that want to increase employee performance, motivation, engagement, and retention. After the keynote, participants will hear from the experts on how they can manage their performance, personal image and exposure, as well as how to manage their career workload and life responsibilities to create a healthy balance. After lunch, participants will re-energize with a vision mapping workshop aimed at turning dreams and passions into an action plan of goals and objectives. The final session will be a dynamic panel discussion on how young professionals of color are defining their own success through purpose and passion.
This year's Young Professionals of Color Conference will invigorate and inspire young professionals to be the drivers of their own success! For more information on how to be a part of this conference see the details below:
