Young Persons Mental Health Summit

Recently representatives of the following youth voice groups, City of York Youth Council, The North Yorkshire Youth Commission, HDFT NHS Youth Forum, Show Me That I Matter (York’s Children in Care Council) ,York Mind Steering Group and The North Yorkshire Youth Voice Executive came together to discuss the work each of the groups had been undertaking around Mental Health.

A number of meetings have taken place and colleagues from a number of services have attended those meeting to share information and listen to the concerns and ideas the group has to offer.

The group have called themselves “North Yorkshire Young Minds Combined”.

The event is an opportunity for you to meet the representatives of each of these groups to hear what they have been doing.
