Event description

Description

Is your business running you or are you running it? Sometimes it’s hard to tell unless you stay centered and committed to your purpose.

Imagine being equipped with the power to stabilize and return to your own truth, radiating this power to others. Imagine being charged up and seeing your dreams more clearly.

In this two-part, two-hour workshop, you will learn about yourself through an introspective group experience. Your path to purpose and sanity depend largely on practices of self-care, which begin with self-awareness. A lifelong commitment to self-reflection and rich dialogue with other people is key to honing your emotional intelligence, which will keep you focused and increase your impact.

Hour One: Eye on Energy and Balance

Ann Marie kicks off our journey by sharing her knowledge of body and spiritual energy. Developing a practice around energy management is absolutely essential to everyday life, particularly if you are in the area of changing the status quo. She’ll take us on a journey through a guided meditation that will help you understand your core energy.

Hour Two: Purpose and Impact

Then Andy continues the journey of deep discovery into your own truth to approach purpose from a practical place. You’ll take away a valuable technique that you use to learn your purpose and find out what’s keeping you from living it. Feel free to bring a laptop for this interactive part of the workshop, or notepads will be provided.

Bonus: Our host, Coalition: Impact, is opening their doors for a day of free coworking from 9am-5pm! Hang out, work and make some new unlikely partnerships.

This workshop is for you if:

  • Your life feels more like reaction to circumstance than an intentional pursuit of focused and meaningful impact.

  • You feel called to leadership but feel frustrated in your current situation or blocked in offering your unique gifts to the world.

  • You operate from a place of fear and judgment more than compassion and abundance.

  • You are a leader, organizer or messenger who finds it difficult to maintain focus and optimism while working on the world’s largest challenges.

The more you live on purpose, the more you will connect dots in your life that lead to more opportunities, and the more you can maintain a clear head and heart to embrace those opportunities.
