Hear about how you can eat more mindfully and create a healthier relationship with food!

Our three panelists are: Rachel Molenda: Holistic Nutritionist & Emotional Eating Coach (www.rachelmmolenda.com), Dr. Kat Kremblewski: Naturopathic Doctor (www.tabithalavoie.com), and Tabitha Lavoie who is currently completing her diploma to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (www.tabithalavoie.com).

Be sure to arrive at the shop by 7:00pm so you have time to check out the products and see what Knix has in store for you. The discussion will start promptly at 7:30pm.


If you are coming by TTC:

  • On the 501 Queen Streetcar the closest stop is Queen St West at Peter St
  • On the 504 King Streetcar the closest stop is King St West at Peter St
  • On the 510 Spadina Streetcar the closest stop is Spadina Ave at Queen St West
  • On the Subway Line 1 (Yonge-University Line) get off at Osgoode Station and walk about 8 minutes West on Queen, turning South at Peter Street.

Coming by Car:

  • There is Green P parking on Peter Street just outside of the shop
  • There is a 24hr parking lot at 120 Peter Street (Just south of our shop on the West side of Peter)
