About this event

Have you ever attributed your success to luck or good fortune? Do you discount compliments and think people are just being kind? Do you ever fear that people will find out you aren’t really that talented or know as much as you should? Imposter syndrome is the name given to the phenomenon of capable people being plagued by self-doubt and can be particularly acute for women working in historically male-dominated fields.

Join us for an interactive discussion hosted by senior women in fund finance sharing their personal experiences of imposter syndrome and for a group discussion to share tangible tools focused on how we can work together, as individuals and organizations, to address the challenges and fear associated with IS.

Space is limited to 30 people and please consider video participation mandatory.

Speakers:

  • Dee Dee Sklar, Co-Chair, Women in Fund Finance
  • Kristin Castellanos, MUFG
  • Sakina Foster, Haynes & Boone
  • Michele Simons, Wells Fargo
  • Laura Whitley, Haynes & Boone
