Join us for a dialogue on collective climate action. Learn more about current youth-led and provincial government-led climate initiatives.

About this Event

Join us for a dialogue about the collective climate action needed in B.C. and learn more about current youth-led and provincial government-led climate initiatives.

Hear directly from young leaders in Metro Vancouver and the Government of British Columbia about what they are doing to take action on climate change. Take the opportunity to connect with peers equally passionate about climate action. Share your thoughts, feedback, and ideas about CleanBC, the Province’s climate strategy and to plan future collaborations.

Free event with limited space. Please register as soon as possible and attend in person, or join the live Webcast at 6pm.

This event is facilitated by Tesicca Truong, a young leader from BC’s Climate Advisory Council and hosted by the Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions (PICS) in partnership with the BC Government.

The event takes place on the unceded, traditional and ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish), and səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) people.

Accessibility

This event will be live streamed. Click here at 6pm on Thursday to join the webcast.

This venue is accessible by public transit and is located near Waterfront Station and multiple bus routes. This space is wheelchair accessible. There are gender inclusive washrooms at the facility.

We are aiming for a scent-reduced space. Please avoid using scented products due to others’ sensitivities.
