An Urban Hippie Collective introduction to Meditation
Every Tuesday and Thursday in October from 11th - 27th... Spend 3 weeks/2 mornings a week sitting with your Urban Hippie family, you will learn meditation techniques that will enable you to ease yourself into some real you time. It is not just about learning to sit still it is about learning to accept and be open to your true self while reflecting and appreciating that quiet time.
At the end of this course Urban Hippie Collective will run a community arts project for the families of the local community and those involved in 'You can sit with us'.
