A life-threatening event can occur at any time. You can make a difference if you are prepared to act quickly and you have the basic skills to keep someone alive until professional help arrives. This webinar will teach you those basic skills.

Speaker Bios:

Rob Yandow is a retired police captain and former city manager and public health official. Mr. Yandow is a member of the InfraGard West Virginia Member Alliance and currently serves as a subject matter expert and as the National Sector Chief for the InfraGard Emergency Services Sector. Mr. Yandow formerly served as the Northeast Region Coordinator for the InfraGard Religious Facilities Program and as President of the West Virginia IMA. Mr. Yandow performs threat assessments for faith-based organizations, small businesses and non-profit organizations along with training programs in Citizen Response to Active Shooter Events, emergency planning, the hostile event attack cycle, the pathway to violence and the science behind how and why the brain and body react during critical incidents.

Mark Warren is a Special Agent (SA) with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Pittsburgh Division, and works domestic terrorism cases as part of the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF). SA Warren is a National Registry Paramedic and serves as the Primary Medical Operator for the division and Lead Medic for FBI Pittsburgh SWAT. SA Warren is a member of the FBI’s Special Operations Medical Group (SOMG), an enhanced team of Special Agent/Paramedics who operate in a wide range of medical missions through the FBI’s Critical Incident Response Group. Prior to joining the FBI, SA Warren was a fire department Captain-Paramedic-Hazmat Specialist in Tennessee and had extensive experience in technical rescue, large scale/natural disasters incidents, CBRNE response, and training. SA Warren has a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts as well as a Certificate in Emergency Medicine-Paramedic. SA Warren’s wife and two children call the greater Pittsburgh area home.
