About this event
Join Chef Yettie owner and founder of Foodfricana, as she brings you a Taste of Yoruba cuisine
Dish - Ayamashe ( a blended mixture of green peppers and chillies fried in palm oil and 'iru' (fermented melon seeds). It also comes with small chunks of beef, cow foot and tripe. This is traditionally served with ofada rice but can also be enjoyed with any other rice dish

Whether you're a novice or have been cooking for some time, each class offers an array of information that is sure to add more vibrancy to your dishes.
Odyssey Across Africa and The Diaspora - a showcase of the best of African/Black diaspora cuisine, will include traditional and fusion dishes with chefs from across the diaspora teaching and highlighting their various cooking techniques (professional chefs, amateurs, home cooks, restaurant owners, food entrepreneurs and more).
